Snag Pro

Snag Pro is coming. When it arrives, you'll be able to restore it on a new phone from Settings in Snag and cancel it in your Apple account settings, and Apple will handle refunds. Prices are on the pricing page, and in full in the terms.

Your captures

Your captures are kept on your iPhone. To remove them, delete them in Snag, or set how long Snag keeps them under "Keep captures for" in Settings. Deleting the app removes everything it kept. What the app does with your voice is in the privacy notice.

CarPlay

Snag in CarPlay needs Snag Pro, a car or head unit with CarPlay, and the iOS version on the download page. If Snag doesn't show on the car screen, check it's allowed in the iPhone's Settings, under General, then CarPlay.

A destination stopped working

Snag keeps trying each destination on its own, so one that's down doesn't hold up the rest. If one keeps failing, reconnect it in Settings. A signed-out or expired account is the usual cause.
